La docencia universitaria a través del conocimiento profesional práctico: pistas para la formación

Se presenta una forma de entender la docencia universitaria que da cuenta de las interrelaciones que se establecen entre los pensamientos, las creencias y las acciones de los profesores a través del concepto de conocimiento profesional práctico. A partir de una investigación realizada a propósito de la participación de los profesores universitarios en una reforma curricular, se definen cuatro dimensiones del conocimiento profesional práctico y en seguida se perfilan algunas líneas de reflexión para la formación docente.Downloads
