NI REVOLUCIÓN NI CRUZADA NOTAS SOBRE LA PROPUESTA EDUCATIVA DEL FOXISMO
Abstract
Hacia el final del otoño precedente, específicamente del mes de noviembre del año pasado, el equipo de transición del entonces presidente electo Vicente Fox presentó un documento base para la elaboración de la política educativa durante el periodo 2001-2006. Ese documento recoge un conjunto de planteamientos que pueden considerarse clave para comprender la concepción y la visión que el nuevo gobierno federal posee en el campo de la educación pública, pero es también un texto que permite apreciar mejor el carácter de innovación o ruptura respecto de las políticas educativas del pasado reciente.
