LA SUPERVISIÓN DE LA EDUCACIÓN BÁSICA. UNA REFORMA PENDIENTE
Abstract
Las reformas educativas de la última década, orientadas a mejorar la calidad de la educación, han enfatizado el cambio curricular, organizacional, institucional y del trabajo docente a nivel de las escuelas. Sin embargo, son cambios poco articulados en los procesos de gestión cotidiana del sistema educativo, en la medida en que no han involucrado de manera efectiva a los supervisores escolares. En este trabajo se busca evidenciar la necesidad de una reforma de la supervisión escolar. Se asume que la estructura y la orientación de la supervisión pueden constituirla como la instancia promotora del cambio en el interior de las escuelas, al articular las diversas reformas, asegurar y evaluar su implantación.
