Abstract

La alternancia política, ratificada en las urnas el 2 de julio pasado, ha provocado diversas expectativas de cambio entre amplios sectores de la sociedad mexicana. Hay muchas tareas pendientes y urgentes; no sólo las que se han acumulado después de muchos años de atrasos —pobreza, inequidad, trabajo, seguridad— sino también hay los problemas emergentes que surgen cada día como resultado de las nuevas tecnologías y las condiciones económicas y culturales generadas por la globalización.
