LA EVALUACIÓN DE LOS DOCENTES
Abstract
La problemática de la evaluación no se puede dejar de ligar con otras preocupaciones que están dentro de la política de mejoramiento de la práctica educativa en todos los niveles, como la calidad de la educación, de la cual se oye hablar todos los días que exige una serie de condiciones, una gestión eficaz, cotidiana, una provisión de medios suficientes, adecuadas condiciones de trabajo para los maestros, alta moral profesional y un clima cultural atractivo para los maestros y para los alumnos.
