Abstract
En educación superior, los docentes que hemos estado involucrados en ella en las últimas dos décadas, hemos visto como los procesos de formación parecen irse resquebrajando, sin lograr tener propuestas que permitan construir alternativas viables con las cuales hacer frente a los problemas y dinámicas que permean el ámbito educativo: globalización, pérdida de valores, rápida desactualización de contenidos, etcétera.
