Abstract
Las computadoras hoy en día, han dejado de ser aquellos aparatos misteriosos, de los cuales sabíamos sólo a través de películas o novelas de ciencia ficción, para ser consideradas, ahora, como una herramienta con la que casi todos tenemos que ver de alguna u otra manera, todos los días. Pero a pesar de la incursión gradual de las computadoras en nuestras vidas, cuando se habla de Inteligencia Artificial se piensa todavía en un lado obscuro de la computación, ese lado obscuro en el que antes estaba la computación en general y que ahora se ha dejado sólo para ciertas partes de ésta; se vienen a la mente imágenes de un grupo de locos que trabajan para lograr que una computadora piense, tenga sentimientos y emociones, y en general, sea humanizada.
