LA NUEVA LEY GENERAL DE EDUCACIÓN
Abstract
A partir del 14 de julio de 1993 está vigente la Ley General de Educación (LGE). La ley precedente, llamada Ley Federal de Educación (LFE) había sido promulgada por el gobierno de Luis Echeverría en 1973. Ambas tienen en común el ser instrumentos de un programa de reforma de la educación.
