UNA NUEVA GENERACIÓN DE PROFESIONALES
Abstract
El presente texto corresponde a un capítulo del documento inédito desarrollado por el autor junto con su equipo de colaboradores de la Universidad Centroamericana en Nicaragua y El Salvador, fechado en diciembre de 1992. Forma parte de un libro que próximamente será publicado por Siglo xxi con el título de Desarrollo alternativo y la cuestión del capital humano. Aunque las reflexiones son producto de una experiencia universitaria en Centroamérica, pensamos que son valiosas para confrontar con las nuestras y con nuestras propias circunstancias. Por ello nos permitimos presentárselos con pequeños ajustes editoriales.
