El discurso de los derechos humanos y sus condiciones de posibilidad en la escuela secundaria

En este trabajo se examinan algunas de las dificultades que condicionan la apropiación del discurso de derechos humanos en la escuela. Con base en la etnografía crítica, se analiza la narrativa de maestros y alumnos pertenecientes a una escuela secundaria. En la reconstrucción realizada se identifica la importancia del principio de la minoridad como sustento de las finalidades y estrategias que hoy día se utilizan en la formación de los adolescentes. La importancia de dicho principio es que regula la gestión de la convivencia en la escuela secundaria en un sentido contrapuesto al enfoque de los derechos humanos. La profundización en la comprensión de su naturaleza permitirá identificar algunos de los desafíos a enfrentar en procesos de formación e intervención con los docentes.
