Los niños y las niñas migrantes en escena
Abstract
La intensidad hegemónica del adultocentrismo típico en los estudios migratorios parece estar cediendo gracias a numerosos investigadores que están haciendo posible que los niños en la migración y los niños de la migración aparezcan en la escena. Son niños y niñas inscritos en los circuitos de la migración interna, así como los que se mueven de un país a otro. Los niños migran, son migrantes exactamente de la misma manera que lo son sus padres y hermanos mayores con quienes, por lo general, se trasladan de un lugar a otro. De esta manera, estamos “desempacando a los niños en los estudios migratorios”, como lo sugirió la profesora Dobson en 2009.
