DE SUJETOS Y REDES PEDAGÓGICAS. UN ESTUDIO EN UN CENTRO ESCOLAR
Abstract
La profesionalización de los maestros de educación básica ofrece muchas pistas para su estudio, una pluralidad de factores que inciden en dicha profesionalización y la convierten en un campo problemático, muchos aspectos que subyacen en el trabajo del maestro. Por lo tanto, se impone como premisa la búsqueda de experiencias, de prácticas y de estilos que los maestros han construido a través del ejercicio docente y que constituyen uno de los aspectos esenciales de la profesionalización.
