JUSTIFICACIÓN PARA UN PROYECTO DE EDUCACIÓN MULTICULTURAL DESDE LA UNIVERSIDAD ESTATAL DEL NORTE DE MISSOURI
Abstract
El proceso que a continuación se describe debe percibirse únicamente como un acercamiento que satisfaga la necesidad de un plan comprehensivo orientado a un cuerpo de maestros y alumnos culturalmente diverso.
La naturaleza de esta propuesta es de un alcance limitado, dada su índole pragmática. No obstante, esta metodología asegura una secuencia de eventos alcanzables y medibles, en contraposición a otros planes cuyas metas y resultados están envueltos sólo en retórica e hipérboles bien intencionadas. Dado que la secuencia de eventos aquí delineados está dentro del rango de las posibilidades reales, las acciones que inicien y efectúen el cuerpo académico y la administración de la facultad de educación y la universidad, son predecibles y por lo tanto probables.
