El documento expone la importancia de la investigación sobre los procesos de cambio organizacional en las escuelas como insumo para mejorar la implementación de políticas educativas, a través de la identificación de procesos institucionales de cambio y estabilidad. Como ejemplo del valor que tiene la elaboración de estudios de caso sobre el cambio, se presenta el caso de la implementación del Programa Escuelas de Calidad en una secundaria del Distrito Federal, cuyas conclusiones dan luz sobre los procesos que permitirían poner en práctica nuevas políticas educativas.Downloads
